1. Scope of Policy

• SolarBay is solely a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, sell, or provide solar products or services directly.

• All purchases, deliveries, installations, and services are transactions strictly between buyers and vendors registered on our platform.

2. Returns and Refund Requests

• Requests for returns, cancellations, or refunds of products or services must be directed to the vendor from whom the purchase was made.

• Buyers and vendors are encouraged to negotiate in good faith to resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service performance.

• SolarBay does not accept returns nor issue refunds on any solar products or services.

3. SolarBay Fees

• Subscription fees paid by buyers to access the platform and float Requests for Quotations (RFQs) are non-refundable.

• Commission fees charged to vendors upon successful project completion are also non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between buyers and vendors regarding products or services, parties should seek to resolve matters mutually.

• If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration as described in our Terms and Conditions.

• SolarBay may provide facilitation but is not responsible for final dispute outcomes.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must clearly communicate their own return, cancellation, and refund policies to buyers before any transaction.

• Buyers should review vendor policies carefully before committing to a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SolarBay disclaims any liability arising from product defects, delivery failures, service issues, or refund matters between buyers and vendors.
